Suffolk's COVID-19 cases drop to zero

The daily number of lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded in Suffolk has reached zero for the first time in three months.

Although there has been a steady decline in cases across the UK over recent weeks, government data shows there were no recorded cases for Suffolk on Friday 5th June.

This is the first time the area has recorded zero cases since the 9th March.

In total there has been 1,537 cases recorded in the county, a rate of 202.6 per 100,000 people.

05/06/2020 - 0 recorded cases
04/06/2020 - 1 recorded case
03/06/2020 - 1 recorded case
02/06/2020 - 5 recorded cases
01/06/2020 - 3 recorded cases
31/05/2020 - 10 recorded cases
30/05/2020 - 4 recorded cases
