An introduction to the Brandon Safer Neighbourhood Team...
Suffolk Constabulary recognises that every neighbourhood is different - and so are the problems faced by the people who live there.
Based in communities across Suffolk, 30 Safer Neighbourhood Teams (SNTs) are working directly with residents to find out how we can make your community an even safer and better place to live.
The Brandon SNT is made up of police officers, police community support officers, special constables and volunteers who work closely with partners in the local area.
We cover Brandon, Santon Downham, Elveden, Lakenheath, Beck Row, West Row, Kenny Hill, Sedge Fen, Burnt Fen, Eriswell and Holywell Row.
We work directly with residents to find out what crime and anti-social behaviour problems there are and how they are affecting your life. We know that any issues in your neighbourhood can have a huge impact on your quality of life and by working alongside staff from other organisations, including district and borough councils, we aim to find a solution as swiftly as possible.
To enable us to continue tackling problems in your area, we need your help. We hold regular public meetings where we discuss future SNT priorities for the area. Please come along and tell us what issues concern you. More information and the dates and times of meetings can be found by logging on to www.safersuffolk.org.uk and then typing in your postcode to find your local SNT.
Alternatively, you can contact the SNT directly by phoning 01284 774054 or email brandon.snt@suffolk.pnn.police.uk
