Brandon Safer Neighbourhood Team

 

An introduction to the Brandon Safer Neighbourhood Team...

 

Your dedicated local Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) is responsible for dealing with local priorities raised by you and is supported by a Neighbourhood Response Team who deal with emergencies.

 

An SNT is made up of police officers, police community support officers (PCSOs), special constables, volunteers and other partner organisations. SNTs tackle issues through partnership working, engaging with council workers such as community wardens or licensing officers to help tackle your local problems. SNTs are designed to work together with you to help improve your neighbourhood.

 

It is vital people work with their local Safer Neighbourhood Team to improve the quality of life in their area. It is your opportunity to influence the service provided by the police and other organisations, by agreeing the priorities that they are ask to work on each month.

 

By engaging with you the SNT are able to understand and deal with the issues of the community and help resolve these problems alongside community members.
