All persons are accounted for and no injuries were reported following a fire at Ashdale Park in Brandon this morning.
Crews from Brandon, Thetford and Mildenhall were mobilised to the incident just off London Road at 8.51am today, Wednesday 27th October.
On arrival they found a kitchen inside a bungalow well alight and used breathing apparatus and hose reels to tackle the blaze.
Some felt tiles were removed to prevent further spread once it was safe to do so.
The blaze was extinguished at 10.32am with the crews then carrying out internal safety checks including monitoring and checking for hot spots.
A stop to the incident was called at 11.08am once the scene was declared safe.
