Fire crews were called to tackle a forest fire at Brandon Country Park earlier this afternoon.
One appliance from Brandon was mobilised to the incident at 1.33pm today, Saturday 24th April.
On arrival crews found an area of the forest well alight and used two hose reel jets along with fire beaters to extinguish the blaze.
A stop to the incident was called at 1.56pm.
The caller used the What3Words app to help firefighters pinpoint the location of the fire.
