Plans to build 20 new homes on the former library and community centre site in Brandon have been approved.
West Suffolk Council granted planning permission on Thursday which would see 8 houses and 12 apartments built on land just off Bury Road.
Proposals, put forward by Suffolk Property Developments Ltd, show a mix of two and three-storey houses along with a three-storey apartment block.
The new development will also include associated parking and landscaping.
Plans can be viewed here and can be found on the West Suffolk Council website under reference DC/22/1297/FUL
